What makes Expedite differnet

If you’ve been through traditional physical therapy, you may have left feeling like just another appointment on a busy schedule. Maybe you spent more time doing exercises on your own than working one-on-one with your provider, or you were discharged before you felt ready because your visits ran out. Expedite Human Performance was built to offer a different experience.

My approach comes from years of working on both sides of performance and sports medicine. I’ve coached CrossFit since 2015 and worked in sports medicine since 2019, with experience alongside world-class surgeons and within collegiate football, as well as working with MMA fighters, CrossFit athletes, high-level bodybuilders, strength athletes, and active adults. I’ve also competed in Olympic weightlifting and strongman, so I understand firsthand that your goal isn’t simply to be “pain-free”—you want to get back to training, competing, and performing at the level you expect from yourself.

At EHP, you get one-on-one, patient-centered care combining hands-on treatment, individualized rehabilitation, and performance-focused exercise without allowing insurance visit limits to dictate your progress. Every plan is built around your goals, your training, and your timeline. Whether you want to get out of pain, get back under the barbell, return to your sport, or perform at a higher level, the goal is simple: help you recover better, move better, and perform better for the long haul.
